WORKSHOP FACILITY
The critical systems and equipment in the aircraft have to be maintained at all times in a serviceable condition. As per regulations commercial flights cannot take off from the base station if such vital systems/equipment is not serviceable. Therefore operating airlines often desire an acute necessity to have a facility which can provide maintenance and workshop services close to its operational base. Thus establishing such a facility will not only be beneficial to the airlines but will also open up an avenue for service to local aviation industry.
SASSCO is also presently studying the feasibility of offering such services in Kuwait.
