Our interest in the Aviation field dates back to early 1980s when we had just started our operation as a new and emerging company under the name of Sanousi Aviation Supply & Services (SASSCO). Our deep interest in things connected with aviation quickly enabled us to supply Our Customers with such important equipment as Maintenance Docking Systems and Blast Deflectors for Airports. Our earlier successes encouraged us to expand the scope of our services. After the unfortunate invasion of Kuwait, we decided to make SASSCO subsidiary of our main company namely Al-Sanousi General Trading & Contracting Company (STC) so that SASSCO could utilize the management expertise of STC and to take care of increasing business related to the aviation sector. This helped us to realize our objective of assisting local civil aviation sector as we could serve our customers with increased efficiency. While the Kuwait government formed various organizations to manage the vital oil sector, the civil aviation industry being a highly specialized sector lacked the much-needed assistance from private organizations. This encouraged us to venture into the specialized aviation business. Our Parent Company Al-Sanousi General Trading & Contracting Co. W.L.L (STC) primary object is to provide all possible assistance to the local industry. With this objective as the guiding principal, we have been successful in making the expertise of a number of International companies available in Kuwait.
